This project was coded and designed entirely end-to-end by our in-house engineers and software developers.

Our goal is to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles, making the job hunting and recruitment processes transparent, swift, and highly accessible.

Smart Job Posting & Application System: Job-seeking citizens can create digital CVs tailored to their skills, education, and experience, applying to matching openings with a single click.

Employer-Friendly Infrastructure: Local shopkeepers, industrialists, and businesses can reach qualified talent directly, publish listings, and easily manage application pools.

Regional Data Analytics: By mapping the employment landscape of Ereğli, we analyze job shortages or surpluses across various sectors, enabling data-driven strategic development decisions for the future.

Training and Development Integration: Moving forward, the platform will work in tandem with our vocational training courses, empowering citizens to gain skills tailored to the changing needs of the business world.
